Fish water tank can kill!!!

Beware of electrical leakage while cleaning and changing the water inside the fish water tank. A nice man was electrocuted during chinese new year when he tried to clean and drain out the fish water tank's water. Time to educate people to be more aware of electrical leakage and install 10mA (Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker)ELCB plug for the little motor pump. It may save his life !!!!!

Japan's First Mass market Electric Car

Published: April 01, 2010by The Associated Press
Japan's first mass-market electric car debuted in showrooms Thursday as the futuristic technology becomes more affordable amid a burgeoning price war.The four-seater bubble-shaped i-MiEV from Mitsubishi Motors Corp., Japan's fifth-biggest automaker, costs $30,500 after government incentives are figured into the price of $43,000.Proud i-MiEV buyer Chitoshi Okunuki, 72, placed an advance order at a higher price in August and was thrilled at Mitsubishi's decision Tuesday to cut the price by $6,700. That came the same day rival Nissan Motor Co. announced it will take orders for its own electric car, the Leaf."I'm so happy," said Okunuki, who runs a convenience store, during a visit to a Mitsubishi showroom. "It's so quiet, and there are no emissions."With concerns about the environment growing, electric vehicles — long an expensive, experimental technology used in Japan mainly by government-related groups — are suddenly all the rage. The key to their becoming widespread is certain to be pricing, and that is likely to continue a downward slide as competition intensifies.

Solar Powered Banglo

One of the big banglo in kajang has installed almost 2kW solar panel on it roof top. This is his offline home solar power design:-). With his great effort, most of the his home electrical appliance are powered up by solar power via the battery storage energy. He had demonstracted the effectiveness to use 2 pieces of 12V battery to run his washing machine by converting DC to AC (230VAC) using 3kW Uninterruptible Power Supply .Last March 2010, he had achieved free electricity bills from malaysia government..congratulation..!!!

LED Lighting for home garden

Using LED Lighting is a good effort to save from excessive power wastage using fluocerent lightings or even convention Bulb. Most of us are too busy to spend our day time in the office, gardening under the LED light at night will be a good of "exercise" for those who are facing obesity problem in KL ..:-) For your info, this LED lighting are powered up by solar power :-)

Save Energy-Inverter Type Air conditional

Recently, we are keep complaining frequent electricity tarriff hike in malaysia is burning our hard earn money and our salary still remain fairly constant for the past few years. Due to the super hot weather in Kuala Lumpur, alot of average income groups especially for those staying at poor ventilation high rise apartments were chasing to install new air conditional in their home sweet home during last June 2009, the hottest month of the year.

To go green, we need to tackle the biggest load (power consumption appliance) in our household such as air conditional.Buy inverter type air conditioner which is using relunctance DC compressor motor technology can cut down our energy consuption daily. Pls do reconsider to replace old, aging and low efficiency air conditional with branded inverter type air conditional for
our green and cost saving effort.

Solar for Desert

If just 0.3 per cent of the Saharan desert was filled with solar panels it would provide all of Europe with clean energy.
In summer 2009 a conglomurate of 20 German companies including E.ON - agreed a deal which will see plants spring up across northern Africa which will evetually produce 100 gigawatts of clean energy. The power is initially planned to be transported to Europe along high-voltage DC lines across the Med - but could one day be transported wirelessly. Two weeks ago the world bank agreed to pay £5.5billion for another project to build 11 solar units which will produce one gigawatt by 2015. This will benefit north African states like Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt as well as the Middle East. The excess heat from the solar panels will also be used to convert sea water into drinkable water for people and use in farming. If they made solar panels out of old reality TV contestants then this scheme would solve ALL of the world's problems in one go.

Dear All,The ideal works! Solar Power besides producing green energy, also green desert with new plants on dry desert waste land. In time to come we shall see desert transformation into GREEN PLANET replacing Amazon Jungle!
